our story

I started Adelina's Catering back in 1987 as a passion project. I wanted to share my love for food with my community and family. Over the years I have participated in countless celebrations, from big Italian weddings to small gatherings. I have taken great joy in contributing to each one.

This passion is as strong today as it was when I started. I look forward to continuing my traditional approach to baking and cooking within the Niagara Region for many years to come.
